Honey crystallizes two ways – it either becomes very granular and coarse or it becomes smooth and oh so spreadable, depending on the floral source. Our creamed honey is the smooth and spreadable variety and will not change texture over time. It will not drip from a spoon and stores well at room temperature. It can be gently warmed for a more spreadable consistency if too hard or put in the fridge to harden should it be too soft. We make our creamed honey in such a way that it also is not pasteurized.

Creamed honey, like all honey, is fat free.
